From first message to confirmed project path.
A straightforward, conversation-based project flow. Every step is handled through one ongoing WhatsApp chat, so the full history of the project is always one scroll away.
Step 02
Share your space, dimensions, and storage goals
Photos of the wall and surrounding rooms, rough dimensions (width, height, depth available), and an honest count of how many pairs the household actually owns.
Step 03
Discuss layout, style, and finish options
We talk through cabinet structure (open vs concealed, drawers vs doors), style direction, and finish family. References from the gallery or your own moodboard help here.
Step 04
Confirm cabinet specifications
We confirm the final dimensions, internal layout, finish, and hardware. Everything is summarised so you have a clear, written record of the agreed project.
Step 05
Project scheduling
The project moves into scheduling and coordination. We share an estimated project window and check in at key stages so there are no surprises.
Step 06
Delivery and installation coordination
We coordinate access, delivery timing, and installation logistics — particularly important for apartments, listed buildings, and active renovation sites.
Step 07
Final project completion
Final adjustments are made on site: levelling, alignment, hardware tightening, and a walk-through. The cabinet is handed over ready for everyday use.
What we don't do.
No online cart
Custom cabinets aren't catalogue items. There's no checkout, and there's no instant configurator that pretends otherwise.
No long forms
There is no quote form to fill in. A short WhatsApp message gets you a real reply faster than any form ever would.
No pressure pitches
If a project isn't a good fit for our studio, we'll say so. The goal is the right cabinet, not every cabinet.
